(-) Yolbulan Celik sold a total of 329,999 shares of Kardemir / Slightly Negative Accordingly, the company sold 200k Kardemir A at 1.83-1.93 price range, 80k Kardemir B at 1.86-1.87 price range and 49.999 Kardemir D shares at TRY1.48 yesterday. Following the transactions, the company’s ownership declined to 0.44%. Also note that 7.629% of the total shares are owned by Yolbulan Group companies and family members.

Recall Yolbulan family members are in the BoD of the company.  Chairman is also the family member.
