(=) White Goods&Furniture: Finance Minister states tax incentives may end in April as originally planned. Finance Minister Naci Agbal stated that they will discuss the continuation of the tax incentives in white goods and furniture sector while reminding that the incentives will originally be lifted in end-April. Agbal added that the incentives have had a positive impact on sales in the mentioned sectors but however did not have a positive impact on prices. He continued that also they don’t want overheating of the economy and may look for other sectors to incentivize. Accordingly, the statements were not clear but we understand that the incentives in white goods and furniture sectors may end in the end of this month as originally planned.

Beyaz eşyada ÖTV’nin sıfırlanması ve mobilyada KDV’nin indirilmesi satışlara olumlu yansırken fiyatların düşmediği hatta arttığı Merkez Bankası’nın raporuyla ortaya çıktı. Üreticiler bu ay sona erecek teşviğin uzamasını istedi. Maliye Bakanı, “Gerekiyor mu gerekmiyor mu bakacağız” dedi.
